Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish baseline measurements for rehabilitation progress. Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing advanced evidence-based practices, then implement interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and mobility. Regularly monitor progress, adjust strategies based on feedback, and educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercises. Document all interactions accurately in the electronic health record system. Work onsite in diverse home environments with a multidisciplinary team, serving young adults and seniors with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, fractures, arthritis, and sports injuries.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
