Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and personal objectives to inform treatment planning. Design and implement tailored treatment plans addressing specific mobility challenges, utilizing modern equipment and innovative techniques. Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as electrical stimulation to promote recovery and reduce pain. Educate patients and their families on strategies to maintain mobility, prevent injuries, and manage chronic conditions effectively. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and recommendations in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the physical therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active Nevada physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- A strong commitment to patient care and continuous professional development
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with an emphasis on outpatient care
- Prior experience in home care
