Job Summary
Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations for patients with orthopedic conditions, then develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with assistants and Rehab Technicians to ensure proper execution of interventions while maintaining detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Engage with patients and families to educate them on treatment protocols and encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey. Focus primarily on clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions across pediatric to geriatric populations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Proven ability to operate various physical therapy equipment safely and perform basic functional evaluations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members
