Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, impairments, and needs. Provide therapeutic services including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Supervise physical therapy assistants, document patient progress through detailed clinical records, and utilize diagnostic tools to assess physical function. Continually observe and report changes in patients' conditions, adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Engage in patient education regarding exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention strategies. This role focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgery and sports-related injuries, with a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
Desired Qualifications

- additional clinical experience, particularly in an orthopedic rehabilitation context
