Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine rehabilitation needs and set achievable goals. Design and implement customized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and posture training to facilitate recovery. Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on self-management strategies. Foster a positive relationship with patients to help them exceed functional goals, meeting clinical utilization standards across orthopedic, pediatric, neurology, and sports medicine populations. Maintain a high standard of patient satisfaction within a supportive onsite environment in Fairview, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in word processing and clinical documentation
