Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to establish baseline functional movement, then design and execute personalized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions. Regularly reassess patient progress toward therapy goals, modifying protocols as necessary while documenting all interactions, including SOAP notes and care plans, in the electronic health record system. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and functional exercises, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for a diverse population including children and adults.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida, issued by the Florida Board of Physical Therapy
- A strong commitment to patient care
- The ability to effectively perform evaluations and treatment plans in both onsite and telehealth settings as clinically appropriate
- Excellent communication skills suited for interacting with patients from a wide range of backgrounds
- A collaborative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Desired Qualifications
