Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Role at Motion and HealthRehabilitation Center

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions to establish baselines for physical capabilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, tailored exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using CureMD EMR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, engaging actively in team meetings and case discussions. This role focuses on adults with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery and sports injuries, within a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.
