Orthopedic Physical Therapist | Full-Time Role at Inner Sage

Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish diagnostic baselines and create customized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans for clients recovering from orthopedic injuries. Utilize manual therapy, movement-based strategies, and functional strength training to enhance mobility, while regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment protocols. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques to prevent re-injury, and document all outcomes in the electronic medical records system. Work primarily with diverse populations including post-operative patients, athletes, and those managing arthritis or musculoskeletal disorders. Maintain a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule within our state-of-the-art Port Jervis facility.
