Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Job Summary
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and goals, then develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Deliver one-on-one orthopedic patient treatment, applying manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. Educate patients on their conditions and rehabilitation processes while monitoring progress meticulously in the WebPT electronic medical record system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapy assistants to ensure holistic care for active adults, athletes, and older adults recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid Virginia State License to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a deep understanding of exercise physiology
- Strong capability in creating and executing customized exercise regimens for rehabilitation and wellness
- Minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy practice, with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care
- Demonstrated ability to achieve excellent clinical outcomes through personalized treatment approaches
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a private practice setting is a plus
- Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
