Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to adult patients aged 40-65 recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modalities to restore mobility and strength. Monitor patient progress, modify strategies based on clinical outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. Maintain precise clinical documentation in CureMD EMR and educate patients on condition management and lifestyle choices. This full-time role in Marlboro, NJ, supports a culture of evidence-based practices and professional growth within a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing or eligibility for licensure
