Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions and limitations, then design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound. Monitor patient progress to modify interventions as necessary, while documenting all progress and treatments accurately in the electronic health record system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians to coordinate comprehensive care and provide education on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an outpatient setting serving adolescents through seniors.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Possession of an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Specialization in orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent assessment skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

- Familiarity with electronic documentation
- Familiarity with standardized assessment tools
