Job Summary

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify specific needs for patients with orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, and post-surgical conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise tailored to individual requirements. Educate patients on injury prevention and guide them through customized home exercise programs while maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and chiropractors to ensure cohesive care for diverse clientele ranging from competitive athletes to individuals managing chronic conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and demonstrated clinical reasoning abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate patients and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently while also operating seamlessly as part of a team.
