Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' specific functional goals, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve outcomes and restore movement. Develop cost-effective plans that enhance range of motion and mobility while documenting services meticulously for interdisciplinary collaboration. Motivate patients through rehabilitation exercises to encourage adherence and optimize performance. This onsite role focuses on orthopedic outpatient cases for patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. The position requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid California license, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active and valid physical therapy license in California
- No history of board or disciplinary actions against your professional license
- Strong background in manual therapy techniques
- Proficiency in developing and implementing exercise protocols
- Experience using EMR Software, specifically WebPT
