Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Full-Time Position in Rehabilitation Center

Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations, then develop and modify individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery while educating patients on injury prevention and home-exercise programs. Document progress in the electronic health record system and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate complex care. Manage a caseload of 6–8 daily patients in an outpatient clinic setting, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New York State
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Compassionate approach to therapy
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Proven ability to work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation practices
