Job Summary
Oversee therapeutic processes for an assigned caseload by conducting thorough patient assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and administering skilled interventions. Facilitate initial evaluations and progress assessments while educating patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive devices. Manage caseload priorities, determine staffing needs, and ensure seamless hand-offs within the care team. Provide or manage home-based therapy when necessary to align with physician-driven strategies. Work onsite at our Greenwich, Connecticut facility from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Connecticut
- Clean disciplinary record
- Strong manual therapy skills founded on evidence-based methodologies
- Experience in designing and executing personalized exercise regimens tailored to enhance patient outcomes
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience

- Advanced certifications in orthopedic physical therapy
- Specialized training in pediatric care
- Familiarity with current rehabilitation technologies
