Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify specific needs and create individualized treatment plans for restoring range of motion. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour while implementing orthopedic treatment modalities, developing tailored fitness programs, and monitoring outcomes to optimize progress. Document all care aspects in EMR systems and collaborate with physicians and other therapists on comprehensive strategies for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license
- Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and a rich understanding of exercise protocols
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, especially WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a focus on rehabilitation services
- Demonstrable skills in developing patient-centered care plans and implementing evidence-based practices in therapy
