Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions, integrating medical history and personal goals into treatment plans. Design and implement individualized strategies using evidence-based practices, then monitor progress and adjust protocols to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education to patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to support shared decision-making. Work onsite in our outpatient office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving a diverse population including adolescents, elderly patients, and those managing sports injuries, chronic pain, or post-operative rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
