Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full Time Position in Home Care

Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify and prioritize patients' goals, then manage a caseload treating one patient per hour with focused orthopedic interventions. Devise comprehensive care plans and implement tailored fitness programs to enhance mobility and recovery for individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgery, or musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor progress meticulously, adapting strategies as needed while documenting all interactions accurately in WebPT. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients in home settings. Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited program.
- Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Maintain a clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced manual therapy techniques.
- Significant competency in designing and executing customized exercise programs.
- Experience in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior demonstrable experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions that promote patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
