Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, mobility levels, and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive assessments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals. Deliver hands-on care that may include manual therapy, tailored exercise regimens, and specialized therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and improvement. Document all patient interactions meticulously using Raintree software, complying with clinic standards and ensuring accurate records of treatment progress. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, home exercises, and preventative measures to empower them in their recovery. Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to maximize effectiveness and achieve optimal recovery outcomes. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM providing one-on-one care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain issues in their home environments.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on collaborative approaches
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior experience in outpatient physical therapy
