Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient functional objectives and develop comprehensive care plans using evidence-based treatment techniques. Implement personalized strategies to enhance range of motion and mobility while documenting all services meticulously in WebPT EMR. Motivate patients through rehabilitation programs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to adjust treatment based on progress. Evaluate outcomes regularly to ensure optimal results for individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, managing a maximum of one case per hour to provide individualized attention within our 5,000-square-foot outpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Maryland
- A strong professional record with no history of board disciplinary actions against your license
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management
