Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for orthopedic conditions ranging from joint replacements to sports injuries. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and skilled care using diverse modalities to restore mobility and manage pain. Collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to optimize outcomes while educating patients on home exercises and lifestyle modifications. Demonstrate exemplary customer service and meet productivity goals while maintaining high-quality care standards. Work full-time onsite in Fairfax, VA, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records systems and standard office software to document patient care and track progress
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy clinic, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
