Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with orthopedic issues, design individualized treatment plans, and utilize therapeutic modalities including manual therapy and electrical stimulation to facilitate healing. Regularly monitor and document patient progress while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercises, and participate in team meetings to refine therapeutic methodologies. This onsite role serves individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic conditions in Franklin Park, NJ. Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, active NJ licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong patient relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized training or certification in orthopedic physical therapy practices, such as manual therapy techniques or advanced rehabilitation methods
