Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Job Summary
Conduct skilled orthopedic physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and rehabilitation protocols for patients recovering from post-surgical conditions, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical history, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain relief techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, while educating patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term self-care strategies. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution
- An active physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic settings
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills to effectively evaluate and develop strategic treatment plans
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Specialization or advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy
- Familiarity with contemporary treatment techniques, including but not limited to soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic taping, and exercise prescription
- Experience in developing and conducting educational workshops or home exercise programs for patients and caregivers
