Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Full-Time Position

Job Summary
Conduct personalized orthopedic physical therapy services, including assessments, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans reflecting patient goals and medical history while educating families on injury prevention and home exercise regimens. Collaborate daily with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for diverse patients ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a facility equipped with modern therapeutic tools.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong clinical assessment skills, enabling effective diagnosis and treatment design tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage patients and collaborate with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Specialization or significant experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Additional credentials in specialized areas such as sports physical therapy or post-operative rehabilitation
