Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercises, and functional training to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Continuously monitor patient progress to adjust therapy plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment strategies, and ongoing wellness. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a collaborative outpatient setting in Olympia, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
- Solid understanding and practical experience in orthopedic care, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation methodologies
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, preferably WebPT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- demonstrated background in developing and executing rehabilitation strategies
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic techniques specific to injury recovery and rehabilitation
