Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-time Position at Well Guard PhysicalTherapyClinic

Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and set effective rehabilitation goals for orthopedic clients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. See 2-3 patients per hour, providing individualized treatment that includes manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to reduce pain and improve mobility. Design and implement customized care plans using evidence-based techniques while documenting all interactions accurately to maintain compliance. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in our 5,000-square-foot facility.
