Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient recovery objectives and manage a personalized caseload of one patient per hour. Develop individualized rehabilitation plans integrating non-invasive techniques and evidence-based practices to improve range of motion and mobility. Implement and adjust interventions based on ongoing evaluations, document progress meticulously using WebPT EMR Software, and educate patients on active rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with two physical therapists and one PTA onsite in Cypress, Florida, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. This role supports the clinic's mission to help individuals recover from orthopedic injuries and chronic conditions through state-of-the-art sports medicine care.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from the licensing board
- Strong expertise in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice
- Exceptional skills in creating and executing customized exercise protocols
- Proficiency in managing patient schedules and documentation using WebPT EMR Software
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
