Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's individual needs and goals, then develop and implement effective treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Manage a scheduled patient caseload of one-on-one sessions, utilizing manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain while creating customized exercise regimens. Document patient progress meticulously in WebPT and regularly assess treatment efficacy to adjust therapy plans as needed. Educate patients on the significance of therapy in their recovery and maintain motivation throughout their rehabilitation journeys. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure cohesive patient care for those with orthopedic injuries, surgical post-operative needs, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
