Job Summary
Evaluate patients for muscle strength, joint functionality, and mobility needs to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy in individual and group settings while overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants. Conduct regular progress evaluations, document clinical records, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and home care techniques. Work Monday through Friday with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid and current physical therapy licensure in New Jersey
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Experience with rehabilitation in both acute care and home care settings
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation processes
