Job Summary
Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess physical limitations and functional capabilities, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs. Administer hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Educate clients and their families on effective at-home exercise routines, injury prevention strategies, and pain management techniques to encourage self-efficacy. Work in collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care. Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient records, treatment sessions, and progress towards goals to ensure continuity of care. Serve individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
