Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess physical abilities and limitations, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilization. Provide hands-on care to adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain, and acute injuries while educating them on at-home exercise regimes and self-care. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams to optimize rehabilitation strategies, ensuring meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting
