Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, range of motion, and functional limitations. Design and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on improving mobility, enhancing strength, and alleviating pain. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and neuromuscular re-education while applying modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy. Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and provide patient education on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards. Work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Jefferson City, Missouri, with a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to patient education and support.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated health care team.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, new graduates with clinical rotations in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
- An understanding of the latest evidence-based practices is advantageous.
