Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities and design individualized treatment programs using evidence-based interventions. Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise regimens to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional performance. Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on conditions and recovery processes, while documenting progress meticulously within the electronic health record system. Collaborate proactively with physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff to ensure high-standard care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Work onsite at our Cherry Hill, New Jersey outpatient office during standard Monday through Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to engage effectively with a diverse patient population
- The successful candidate will work onsite at our outpatient office located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey
- The team operates from Monday to Friday, with standard office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
