Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and formulate individualized care plans based on evidence. Manage a patient caseload with focused attention to one patient per hour, utilizing manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Design tailored fitness programs, engage patients in rehabilitation protocols, and regularly evaluate treatment outcomes. Consult with other healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach and prepare detailed documentation ensuring compliance with standards. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 10 PTO days.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a relevant Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
- Possess a valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
- Experience using WebPT
