Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop personalized rehabilitation plans involving therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. Deliver evidence-based treatments while monitoring progress and adjusting protocols for diverse patient populations including postoperative recovery and chronic pain management. Mentor physical therapy interns and students, lead annual in-service training sessions, and collaborate on clinical research projects to enhance therapeutic practices. Communicate effectively with patients and families to foster informed participation in their recovery. This onsite role requires a Master's degree and NJ license, with a salary of $110,000 to $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the New Jersey State Board
- Current and valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic setting
- Exceptional clinical reasoning and assessment skills relevant to orthopedic therapeutic practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients and collaborate with team members effectively
