Job Summary
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals. Manage a care schedule efficiently, seeing one patient per hour while utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance mobility. Encourage patients throughout rehabilitation and document all interactions accurately to ensure compliance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create cohesive care approaches and monitor progress to adjust plans as necessary. Offer alternative solutions to reduce reliance on medications or surgical interventions when applicable. Work onsite Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, within a modern outpatient facility serving diverse orthopedic clients.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist in California
- No disciplinary actions on record
- Familiarity with EMR software platforms
- Experience with WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy setting
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to design exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs
