Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy assessments and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, including children, adults, and elderly individuals. Employ evidence-based techniques and manual therapy to optimize recovery outcomes while providing patient education on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to contribute to comprehensive care plans and case discussions. This full-time onsite role at Forge Physical Therapy Services in New Brunswick requires a Master's degree, valid licensure, and at least two years of orthopedic experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- The ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior experience in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting
