Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries using advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to specific needs, including setting realistic recovery goals. Continuously monitor and document patient progress while educating patients and families on injury prevention and self-management strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to care for diverse populations ranging from young athletes to senior adults. Requires a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, active New Jersey license, and minimum two years of orthopedic clinical experience. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting patient assessments and creating customized rehabilitation plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with team members
