Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patients' functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans, managing an average caseload of one patient per hour. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise routines to enhance mobility, strength, and pain reduction. Monitor progress meticulously, adjusting plans as needed, while educating patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with the onsite team of two physical therapists and one PTA to deliver integrated care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida
- A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against licensure
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
- Ability to utilize digital documentation software, particularly WebPT EMR, to maintain accurate and timely patient records

- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
