Job Summary
Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients to determine physical therapy needs, then develop and implement tailored treatment plans for orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. Engage with patients and families to foster collaboration on rehabilitation goals while contributing insights to enhance clinic protocols. This role supports diverse adult populations recovering from surgery, sports injuries, or neurological impairments within a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida
- Temporary permit for Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Healthcare Provider certification

- Prior experience in a clinical setting
