Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to the plan of care and maintain clinical standards. Deliver prescribed physical therapy services, administering therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities while documenting all aspects of patient care thoroughly. Fit and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices as needed, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. Participate in case conferences and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions to enhance holistic care.
