Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose patients referred by physicians using comprehensive assessment techniques. Plan and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to specific patient goals, delivering hands-on therapeutic care that aligns with physician plans. Engage patients in one-on-one sessions to train them in exercises designed to restore mobility and strength, while providing education to enhance adherence to protocols. Conduct regular progress assessments to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Meet minimum utilization goals to contribute to the clinic's performance metrics. This full-time, onsite role in Red Bank, New Jersey requires a valid state license and offers a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually with a 40-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and treatment planning
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- 40 hours a week
