Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations, pain levels, and overall physical abilities. Develop customized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, incorporating evidence-based practices and input from the interdisciplinary team. Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities while continuously monitoring patient progress. Document patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and discharge summaries accurately in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimize treatment outcomes. Engage with patients and their families to educate them about their conditions and the importance of adherence to the prescribed therapy. Participate in community outreach and educational workshops to promote preventive care and raise awareness about orthopedic health. Supervise and mentor support staff and interns, aligning their contributions with departmental goals for patient care. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current state licensure and good standing with the applicable regulatory board
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in documenting patient care and utilizing electronic medical records systems effectively
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development through continual education and training
  • The possibility of variable weekend shifts
  • 40 hours weekly work schedule
