Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and establish individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, including athletes and active adults. Deliver expert orthopedic outpatient care by incorporating cost-effective treatment options and progressive exercise programs to enhance mobility while providing alternatives to surgical intervention. Manage a reasonable caseload, monitor patient progress meticulously, and adjust plans to optimize outcomes. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and engage patients with motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Lincroft, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- No history of sanctions or disciplinary actions
- Strong proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques
- Proactive approach to patient care
- Ability to construct and implement tailored exercise programs
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Experience in sports medicine environments
- Demonstrated success in treating chronic pain conditions
- Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation cases
- Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
