Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions using standardized assessment tools to diagnose issues and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities to facilitate recovery for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and at-home protocols while collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure multidisciplinary care. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution", "A valid and current state Physical Therapy license in California", "Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certificate from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting", "Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills", "Experience managing sports injuries", "Experience managing chronic pain", "Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
