Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessments of mobility, strength, and functional ability. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques to optimize patient outcomes for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and mobility impairments. Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies. Participate in clinical teaching and mentor physical therapy interns and residents. Facilitate in-service presentations annually to share knowledge and enhance team competency. Contribute to clinical research initiatives under the guidance of the management team to advance therapeutic practices within orthopedic rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
