Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess range of motion, strength, and functional limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on mobility enhancement and pain management. Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Collaborate with physicians and support staff to optimize outcomes while educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Maintain thorough documentation adhering to clinic standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our onsite facility in Joplin, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and functional movement assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships, educate patients, and work effectively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in specialized orthopedic rehabilitation
- Certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and patient management tools
