Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate patients' movement patterns and functional limitations, addressing specific goals and requirements. Deliver cost-effective treatment plans that enhance clients' ranges of motion and overall mobility while implementing therapeutic interventions to reduce reliance on medications. Manage a manageable caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention and quality care. Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing evidence-based techniques and design personalized fitness regimens to promote health and prevent injury. Document patient care services and progress meticulously in compliance with organizational and legal standards. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to ensure holistic treatment and evaluate outcomes consistently to communicate findings effectively.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Uphold an exemplary professional record, free from any disciplinary actions against your license
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
- Exceptional competence in developing and executing tailored exercise protocols
- Experience with EMR Software, specifically WebPT, to track patient progress effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings
