Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions using diagnostic tests and patient interviews. Develop and implement customized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, modalities, and hands-on techniques. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies based on outcomes, and provide education on injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create cohesive care approaches. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and supervise rehabilitation aides. Work with diverse populations ranging from children to older adults with sports injuries, post-surgical needs, and chronic pain. Submit a resume and cover letter outlining relevant qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Proficiency in operating physical therapy equipment and performing functional evaluations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
