Job Summary
Evaluate patients to identify orthopedic treatment needs and develop tailored care plans for individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain. Manage a steady caseload of one patient per hour while utilizing manual therapy techniques to deliver non-invasive treatment and administer personalized fitness programs. Document services meticulously in WebPT EMR, track progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to adjust care as necessary. Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey to achieve specific mobility goals. Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm onsite at our Parker, CO facility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Valid physical therapist license in Colorado with a clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions
- Strong expertise in manual therapy
- Proficiency in creating and executing personalized exercise protocols
- Ability to use WebPT EMR software proficiently for documentation and patient records
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- A background in sports medicine rehabilitation
